FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?

My hours are variable based on client appointments.

Where are you located?

I am in Zionsville, IN.  I can come to your home, business, or outdoor location.  For studio shots, I provide these in my own home.

Do you accept reservations?

All my appointments are scheduled in advance, either by telephone or email.  Depending upon the type of shoot required, we may need to schedule a planning meeting before the shoot.

What payment options do you accept?

Stasic Photography accepts checks, credit cards, and cash.

How long is the typical wait?

The typical wait for images is 9 – 11 business days from the date of the shoot.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you do need to cancel, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.  If within the 24-hour time limit, the client will be charged a booking fee of $200.00.
